It turns out that the Japanese couple charged $280 for a Plate of Pasta in a Rome Restaurant have turned down the free trip to Italy proposed by Tourism Minister Michela Vittoria Brambilla, saying it was a waste of the taxpayers money.
Good for them.
The restaurant is set to reopen after being closed for health violations. Nothing like knowing your $280 dollar plate of pasta came out of a filthy kitchen.
