Lunigiana wine is in the bottles, and the time has come for harvesting olives. My neighbor Enrico has an ulivetto with one of the best views around.
He uses a sort of big set of pasta tongs, which vibrates, to shock the olives into popping off the branches and settling into the orange netting laid out below. For the heroic-looking Enrico and friends, this is a three day job.
If I am one of the friends, maybe harvesting olives turns out to be a three day job.
